Chick in my Bra

Went out to the coop this morning and found a guinea/silkie cross that hatched. Silkie mom has been "mom" to three chicks that hatched 6 days ago and didn't want anything to do with the new chick. So.... What does a gal do??? OF COURSE I PUT HER IN MY BRA AND CARRIED HER AROUND LIKE THAT FOR 8 HOURS. Why not??? lol... She is now resting under a heat lamp in a box in our bathroom...

Pics from today:). I have NO IDEA how old these Irises are. They were growing (wild I assume) in the woods, so I dug them up last year. They are really beautiful! Plus... One duck and a silkie sitting on eggs.
