Worm Poop, Aka, Worm Castings

Worm castings, or "worm poop," is a wonderfully rich and nutritious additive to gardens and potted plants. Worm poo doesn't burn plants but is safest used as a top dressing to prevent any root damage (in my opinion). When you water plants/gardens top dressed with worm poo, the nutrients soak down through the soil with each watering.

You may be wondering, "WHERE IN THE HECK DO YOU FIND WORM SHIT???"

You can buy it at many gardening centers for $10-15 dollars a bag, which is  CRAZY... Or... You can raise your own worms and collect their "poo," which is free:). Free sounds like a much better option to me!!!

New Goat Toys

Recycling at its best:)! We picked up these old tractor tire (for free) and re-purposed it into a goat toy. We cut it in half using a sawzall (wood blade) for the rubber portion and a circular saw for the small band of metal inside the tire (inner rim area). The goats LOVE their new toy!
