What To Do On A Rainy Day?

Make a pear tart, of course! My wonderful neighbors gave me a box of pears, so I will be making more of these delicious desserts:)!

Best Juice yet

I am totally loving my juicer. Will likely never buy store bought juice again. This mixture is beet, dandelion, blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, strawberry, spinach, cantaloupe, apple, pear, ginger, orange, and lemon. Mmm... Mmmm... Mmmmm...
